great sleep on a great bed!

woke up early...ZBL (zhuo bo lan) until ard 12....drove out and picked deepa, paul and daryl....and i dunno if i got summoned anot...coz i was following closely behind a truck and with my retarded personality, abit slow in reacting to the amber....and that blardi amber...just practically flashed....all the while im travelling 60-70....where got time to stop....so i chiong lor....i passed the line either at amber or just after....so the result shall be known a week later...

continue on our journey, headed to marina for a movie first....watched wanted....real nice show...a typical office boy...who feels like panic attack when hes under stress...but thats actually an unique ability for his heart to pump 400 times, resulting in lightning fast action...but he dunno that...thats the sneak peak of the movie....go watch and i would strongly recommend it for its actions....real nice....especially the curl shooting...

next up is go to suntec to do crazy grocery shopping for the in camp shopping list...lots of stuff to buy...bought about 120 plus of stuffs...real crazy...just practically dump everything into our basket...walked and slacked in toys 'r' us and enjoy our childhood back...from kicking plastic balls to foam sword fighting....and not to mention bully small kids....well....childhood....left the place at 8 plus go find danny and kel for dinner at chong pang....

driving around...and getting lost...stilll haven master the north well enuff yet....driving in circles...and finally settled at chong pang....thats where i think i see my csm...wah...first book out already see my csm...and it seems hes wondering which chao recruit keep staring at him (everytime i turn over to look at him, he seems to be looking at me, even from the side when i steal a peek!)....seems like him lah...dunno whether issit anot....

ok...first to start off with...there shall not be any classified details on the operations of the army...since they dun allow us to blog it =/ so there goes a large chunk of the fun part...

hello everybody!! im back!! 2 weeks down!

its an experience i would say...living on survivor island...marching to wherever i go...leisure time spent at bunk...nth to do except sleep, polish boots and watch old newspaper again and again like as though a news flash is going to happen...hot...and cold....at the extremes....and also...many birds...big birds, small birds....big one used us as a marker to Changi International, small ones practices their bombing on our laundry lines...just like army, they got their infantry, their bmtc and their commandos....the infantry would just fly around normally and practice target shooting, the bmtc would fall in to their bunks outside our bunks at evening and make a hell of a noise to keep us from sleeping ( u can see clearly that every brunches is taken) and the commandos would use their fly low, sneak attack at the cook house to get unattended foods....

the sleep till now is still full of dreams of the activities of what we do that day...i still remembered i falled in on my bed, i did my physical training moves on my bed too....all while im sleeping....heard from other bunks that got one guy even sleep talked : "5 minutes more sergeant"...

for now our commanders are still good to us...as long as we give them what they want...kinda blessed to be in this platoon...great bunkmates and so on....so far so good...getting a pretty tan unlike other white guys who get half tan half white at their necks...lol...and i think i grown some muscles too...happy =)

well...two weeks has passed and this euro sux....spent dunno how much buy will lose....totally unpredictable....waste my money -.- given up my hope liao....

well...the last nite...just think as myself going to a chalet =/

everything is packed...although it feels wierd packing everything but clothings...

its still pretty early in the night...but tml gonna wake at 6.30...so its early sleep early wake...
tml my ferry check in time is 0745 to 0815 hours to the chalet...official check in time is 0830 hours...well...its at the 2nd chalet...and heard they have great seaview and international buffet for the whole stay...there are ample recreational facilities too and its all for free...great! and i won this package through a national balloting system...heard 95% of the males got it...wow...

lol kept laughing when i see the m1 commercial and sing along with it...in case u wonder why....yesterday dat driving around...when all the boys got into my car and daddy was wondering why i dun move out for a long time....i started looking at geswin and Woot-woot! Woot-woot! and he joined in and soon the whole car shaking lol....daddy almost went crazy haha....gonna miss that moment...

today also moved around like something got up my ass...i got sunburnt on my back...and now regretting what mushmom said...she said why dun call them apply suntan lotion on my back...lol i self-applied and end up me pain ouch....

went out and bought that back to the old skool retro record today....definitely going to miss clubbing....dun worry guys! i shall do what i promised in 3 weeks =) gv payday! lol they still own me money hahaha...

well...now to the main topic...i would like to thanks all of you who enjoy my last days with me and make me so high and happy haha....its great and i wished everyday would be like those days...well i would also like to thanks those who well-wished me...although u guys are unable to be able to be here with me but its the heart that counts =)

theres so much to do....yet....no matter how hard you try, it never seems enough of time...

today is another fruitful day for me...enjoyed it to the fullest from dawn to dusk...waking up at 8, i decided to hug my pillows and bed before im gone...hugged it for 2 hours...decided on whether to go Sentosa or not...but well since i told her i would call her from there...so i shall go....

turns out Ebi and Mushmom haven went in yet and im just in time to meet them....yes....3 ole us and a whole lot of people...den just nice saw jasmine too on the monorail....today is a bright sunny day...missing only the NDP rehersal flybys....(that time got 1 chinhook just circled sentosa at slightly above tree top height and i forgot to took pic of it...wasted)...we set up over at our usual spot becoz i told them im going to attempt to fish the tree today...they tot i was joking...until i showed them the fishing line, that rope and some other stuffs...labelled crazy by them....tot being with them so long they should noe that -.-

i walked around that tree, looking at every angle and i can't saw it...totally seems like its not there...gosh...dun even have a target for me to aim my fishing line at....ouch...gave up and go suntan with them instead....made them jealous when i used my hammock as a mat today...totally comfy haha...their tanning is so well planned...30 minutes turn 30 minutes turn...not like us boys...run around, jump around, crawl around and get tanned....called her while tanning....feel abit sad because i won't be able to talk to her any more in the near future....but at least i was able to make some progress....

yes....i shall preservere and wait for the 6 months for u....


nearing the end of the session, a ang moh lady came....she lied horizontally to the horizon...Ebi and Mushmom keep saying she probably would ask me to put suntan lotion for her back. wth...and Mushmom took a test pic for the camera- her....and when we look at the pic...it looks so much like those 'perfect pics' for camera demostration...the water blue, the sand white and the model there...wow...

after Sentosa, they went to their movie while i went to my giant to shop for my military supplies...

reached home, got the car and rushed down...first person to came in was Geswin....and he really did what i thought he would have done....wind down the window, stick his head out and shout....omg he shouted during the slow traffic at expressway...and at st james...making everybody look at me....lol...den keep urging me to go bang banglas...daddy say he would prolly become a road rage when he got his license....leaving a trail of banged banglas in his wake....

Did some fast and furious to those who met at vivo....bo bian...have to reach down to funan fast....and furious....lol

We had a tatami room at Sakae Sushi @ Funan...pre-booked....every page we turned, its like stock brokers fighting at the floor...Give me 3! give me 5! give or take! no more for you!...and so we came out with orders totallying 242.13 after discount....wow....the trading floor must have hid a new high...i was willing to expect an all-out so just order lor....what do u expect when u have 2 days to live well?

after dinner, boys split boys and gals split gals...was able to show Yan Wan whats my fast and furious...after she gave the guys a stunner....stunned...very long nv see people drive liddat liao leh...hahaha....and summore can tell me she nearly bang my ass....haha....guess she haven see how cruel the world is...where cars dun give way and u have to fight for it....changing lanes at tight moments too...she had a hard time following my car which zig zag all the way to dempsey...

Ate Ben and Jerry's at dempsey...talked alot after that....thailand trips, hong kong trips, Premium airlines, budget airlines...im blurred...den come the time that we have to finally part....took a family photo and part...time to zoom zoom home....have to send them back too....love sending people back because its an experience...and u would recog the road next time....fast and furious when i can, but very fear of the cameras...when its my turn to go home...bummer....no carparks left at my block...neither do next block....only space is between our blocks....and that blardi TOOT go park until so damn near....my car like just nice fit in...with the door space only enuff for my figure...wonder how my dad react tml....for his figure =/

the first show is quite long...twist here, twist there....the few old women....and great demoralizer for man becoz all the man shown were hot bods....(btw sentosa got send me 1 email say i got 8.5 for my bod...oh my) and could tell that they cut the exciting sex part becoz all the adults in the office were like complaining about it....

we went to walk around during the marathon's intermission....went to buy soccer bets...muahaha time to earn money....earn before i go army...muahaha....come back and buy that gourmet popcorn....daddy was bouncing around wanting to get that very eagerly...continue narnia...abit wierd though....they left an adult, became children...now children go back...cannot go back as adult meh....lol....well that would mean they no need to act anymore liao though....haha....anyway...this is another of disney's modern fairy tale....not bad...more fights than part 1....not going to synposis it since u guys prolly going to watch it...shall just leave the ratings...

Solitary v2.0

just watched a wow show...definitely first of its kind...something seems to be straight out of Valve lab...in case what u dunno Valve is the maker of half life and counter-strike....valve also came out with hit games like portal...you are part of an experiment...you take a gun and u have to go room to room, challanges harder than challanges to next level....

leaving my tv on while chatting, this reality show called Solitary v2.0 came on....its a show...with a 'Computer' as the command giving commands in a lady computer voice interacting with them....9 people in seperate cells....no rest, no luxury, given tasks, challanges and stuffs to do to challange themselves on for the prize money....during each task, u dunno who completed, what order you are in...you just push urself on...quite cool....kinda give u the pressure and the fear...of hoping you are not the last and yet dunno u are winning or not...

too bad...that i could only watch this episode....too bad...that it starts at 12.30am on monday morning....so i can't possibly recommend to all of u...but...watch and u shall be wowed! haha...

Sex in the city (male version)

well...didn't go clubbing last nite becoz of the wierd stomach feeling brought forward from gallery nite...regret when Deepa say he had a great time...ah...regret...

today actually planned to go out with Paul and Deepa....only...but well...since we all feel like it, we called danny, kelvin and alex along....from 12 say meet until 1.30 den meet....guys...can never be on time...

on the train....reaching city hall, paul finally replied....sorry guys....wah....the bomb drop on us again....the kite has reach space liao....

we all started our day looking around for food...initially i wanted to have good food and so i chose new york new york...den kel suggest miss clarity...we didn't noe whats was it until he brought us there...lucky it turns out to be miss clarity and not some other nameless cafe else we would have scolded kel up down left right...walked back to suntec and ate bali thai....tot the serving would be big but turns out all the thingys that we ordered are 1-person portion -.- so each person a little...total bill 80...each person 16...kinda on the ex side....food was ok....

after food came the shopping....walked from east to west....from adidas to ralph lauren...den over to marina where we stood inside sasa testing perfumes...den danny bought 1...CK new summer or smth liddat....we also found one that smell like tiger balm...good gift for people u hate...forget the name liao...but its in a bottle shaped like a man's body...well...since its all guys...and theres many ice cream parlour around...so i suggested this idea...lets all scout the ice cream parlours until theres one with pretty girls den we take a seat in there....and to our surprise....NONE!?!?! wah....sadness....anderson, ben and jerry, chocs, azabo, MOF....but MOF still got ok ok only lah...on the down side de ok lah...time is running out so we just sit and eat...

the whole time...kel was suaned about he and Pei Ling...becoz of something he said....one sentence is all it take...."All boys ah? abit e sian leh"....what does that means? so he has been suaned all day long...everything with Pei Ling's name coming out...every topic...before the main issue sure start with a joke about him....

well...its kinda like a last gathering for the guys...next one shall be 3 weeks later....gonna miss u guys....and im already missing her....especially these few days...imagine i have to wait 6 months to see her again...3 weeks without contact....ouch....

Its wierd for 5 guys to walk the fountain...but thats what we did...no harm doing it...

when Yali come, the attention was diverted to her...

in the end, i was dragged out to the pavement and left outside GV until morning when the morning mgr called for my parents and bring me home....

well had to hit my quota of birding once in every few post...the truth is i was dragged into wen an car...how i got there i dunno...got a plastic bag for me to puke...all the way to home and dragged up to my flat...gotta thanks Wen An and William for that...managed to strip everything and crawl into the showers....already felt like sleeping in there if not for Yi Lei outside shouting its her turn....

and though i did it, i felt bad but i still carry on...

Finally another sentosa trip...

Georgie, Wayne and me reached sentosa and we set up everything first while waiting for Geswin to come...this time it was different...i brought boomerang and a soccer ball to play...so it was there that we play boomerang...(in memory of it) it was green, 3 legged, made of polycarbonate and nice to throw...it kinda look nice when flying too! becoz one of the throw landed in water and i was afraid of losing it out at sea, i throw in land...and it arc right back into its final resting ground...on top of a blardi tall palm tree...right in the middle of the stem...becoz bird is on MC, so bird can't fly up to collect...den the dog suggest that we could kick the soccer ball up and shake it down...and so we try for 15 minutes and IT GOT STUCK TOO!! thats when the bunny came in and laugh at our stupidity...

the bird, the dog, the rabbit tried their best to climb that tree but to no avail...so bird thought of an idea...to cope rope from a nearby event set-up, tie the rope to a stone and haul it over the brunch so that they can shake everything down...due to the rope thickness, the rock keep felling and it soon become a hazard to public safety, deemed Zookeeper...dog has an idea and brought a couple of bamboo poles there and start tying them up together...bird and bunny joined in and soon they have a pole long enough to reach that height and down came the ball...however, the boomerang is now snuggly nested in the stem...so no matter how much attempt to poke, the pole starts to break down and the bird, the bunny and the dog gave up and left...

In the end, the dog, the bunny and the bird didn't get much tanning except for Zookeeper...

and...
poor boomerang will be up there waiting for its next owner to come...

Meanwhile, the waterboys all went to watch movie after the tiring day...watching Accuracy of Death...pretty nice jap show...ah bird doesn't find it draggy despite many people saying it is...worth watching...

Today also marks the final day of ah bird in GV...was quite a quiet end to ah bird's career...no celebration no goodbyes...just silent waving...ah bird going to be plucked of feather soon! T.T

Sedation

yesterday was a torture...no choice have to go with family take family photo at a studio in IMM...my sisters say that i look like i have constipation becoz my smile was like forced...reason was due to my legs =/ so pain that i have to drag myself inside and outside the car..

went to see doc to get mc and the doc gave me 3 days with a pack of painkillers...after eating the first set i felt totally weak, my senses dulled, my brain slowed even further...slept at 8 and woke up at 8...powerful...

today my legs felt better so i went down to wisma for my phone...end up they just upgrade the software FOC but didn't offer any compensation...if problem arises, just go back and find the guy -.- the whole time walking makes me feel abit breathless becoz of the medicine...should bring 1 pack to clubbing next time...it can make u high...alcohol-free alternative







i wouldn't have to do this if u never gave up on me...

Sundown Marathon

I finally conquered the SUNDOWN MARATHON!!

it has been a torturous night for me and also torturous for the days to come...

the pain has already come...and im paralysed on the bed for the whole day already...it is really bad...the consequence of pounding ur feet on pavement for a night with several up and down...best estimates that i could recover is a week...things that i can't do now includes, lifting my leg without the feeling of a real knife plunging ur leg (realli its that bad), bending my knees, run?, walk normal?...it feels like i have something up my ass..had to go mc for my workdays already...sorry guys if i let you down...especially daddy =(

right...lets get on down to the main event...

dad fetched me down to changi village (starting point) @ 11 and we walked over to the starting point to have a look...it realli does look like a low budget one that is worst than Standard Chartered...small area, low population, small carparks, wierd route, low budget...the area is like everything cramping together and the people joined this time round is around 6k only...idle around and wait for Wen An to reach...collected nightsticks as well (woo i love nightsticks..kinda remind u of thunderbeads)..Carpark location was so limited...the 2 carparks at changi village doesn't accomodate all the cars and if u illegal, you get a summon which Wen An did...The route is so wierd becoz they didn't seal up all the roads and instead, put u on park connectors, leaving u fight for oxygen with the plants...wth...

Start-off was smooth but very stuffy coz 6k people had to squeeze 1 side of the road up all the way to east coast park...me and wen an rushed ahead and ran for 12km and thats when my legs felt like they are cramping up...the feeling is so horrible...u wish to run but if u do, you will cramp....and that feeling sticks for another 15kms..we reached east coast park at around 1 hr 10 minutes, 10km...and proceed to run all the way to Big Splash which is the 21km mark and we reached there at 3...all the while we are walking becoz both Wen An and me had that cramping feeling...We waited for Miss Goh at the Big Splash there and we finally meet up after crossing an overhead bridge at Siglap Road....yes...ITS AN OVERHEAD BRIDGE!! (WIERD ROUTES!)..but this bridge is ok...theres worst ahead...

the next part of the run was from EAST COAST up to BEDOK RESIRVOIR via the park connectors...its a long long long stretch of road that goes all the way past kembangan MRT (24km, 4am) up to Bedok Resirvoir....we are all getting very hungry and wondering where the food point they said there was was at...Finally we reached one after crossing another overhead bridge over PIE...The bananas never look so good and taste so great before...the power gel taste power too...den come the ultimate...all the overhead bridges that we passed are ramp access...but this is a STEP ONLY! OMG! everybody who saw the bridge immediately felt demoralized...but somehow the energy already came to me and for a moment my leg doesn't feel anything...was still able to climb 2 steps at a time =D

Halfway thru Bedok Resirvoir, i felt like a can of Coke that has been shaken and awaiting somebody to release my cap...keep asking Wen An and Miss Goh whether they wan to start running and they claim im crazy and called me to do so if i wan to...and so i zoom all the way up front...walking fast all the way and overtaking many people...enters into Tampines (28km, 5am), entering Pasir Ris and thats when the sky starts to rain...and due to their poor planning, when it starts to pour, the road marshals just call us to head inside shelter...many including me ignores it and just continue running...ran all the way till loyang (32km, 6am) where the rains start to get lesser and its more demoralizing...my shoes are wet...and its a running shoe...running shoe + rain = soggy leg with heavy shoes...the last 10km is pretty demoralizing coz you have just ran 30 km, feeling dead tired, yet you are so close...you would be draggin yourself along with a blank mind...the progress made was quite slow becoz of the up and downs and also the tireness....when i reached OCH (38km, 7am), im practically spent up and even though they say just 4 more clicks, you have no strength to move on...4, 2, 1 and im still no strength...i didn't run until im 200 metres from the ending point and the crowds was so small becoz everybody run finish and left...

took the medal and the finisher T-Shirt and sat at the pavement self-enjoying the rest...waited for around 45 minutes and Miss Goh came in...den another 30 before Wen An came in...the walk to the car was #!@$&#! all the way...and the step into the car was !)@(#$&&#$&@*(!$*$*@!...we went to pick XL and head to east coast eat breakfast...once again with the !)@(#$&&#$&@*(! and the 4 white legs race each other to KFC...the whole thing was very funny coz we are all @$#&@ all the way up the stairs...
